Random Annoyance - Paypal Password change

Logged into my Paypal account recently and wanted to refresh the password just to be sure.

I discovered that to change the password, you have to answer the 2 secret questions first. Forgot the secret questions, because i never forget my password :-P

Found out that there is no way to reset this via your account setting. The only thing you can do is log out, enter your email adress you registered with and press 'forgot password'. You will receive an email and just proceed to the last step which says: Contact us by phone.

Just call the number and provide them with all your details and they will mail you a certain code with which you can reset your password AND secret questions.

Asked PayPal why they use these secret questions and they say that this is because they are a bank and have to comply to this standard.

Word not properly called from Navision

Had an issue at a customer where Word 2010 was not properly called from Navision when they tried to generate multiple Word documents from Navision.
The following error was thrown to the customer (Was not able to get an English translation)

Generating a single Word document was no problem.

Environment:

- Windows 2008 SP2
- RES Powerfuse 2010 9.0.5.0 SR5
- Navision 2009 SP1 6.00.31793

First turned off RES Powerfuse shell, when the RES Powerfuse shell was not used, the issue did not occur.
What we did see when RES Powerfuse shell was turned off, was that a lot of instances of winword.exe were resident in processes on the Terminal Server.

Navision support first pointed to RES, but after a while and a support case with Microsoft, KB2553912 emerged and the issue was solved. Word is now properly closed and the user does not get the error message anymore.
